Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Standard Returns Policy

You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. All that we ask is that items are in their original condition with tags intact. Any unclean items eg pet hairs, dirt, odours etc, or items missing tags  will be returned to you with no exchange or refund.  Please allow up to 7 working days for our Team to process your return and refund. Your bank may take 3-5 working days to show the refund in your account. Please inform us within 14 days if there is a problem with your order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any unwanted items.  Please keep your proof of postage or tracking information until we have received your return.

Special Order & Manual Order Items – Important Notice

Special order, manual order, and non-standard stock items are made to order or sourced specifically at the customer’s request.
As such, these items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once an order has been placed.

By placing an order for a special order item, you accept these terms, and the standard returns policy does not apply.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a faulty or incorrectly supplied item.

Cancellations

In the unlikely instance that we don’t have the product that was ordered we will alert the buyer and a full refund will be processed.

I want to return a product to Tradeworx

You can find all of the information to make a hassle-free return within your parcel. If you have lost your invoice, please enclose a note with your return including your invoice number and name. If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift (unused and with tags intact) must be included with the return of any related items, otherwise the value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund amount. Any problems contact customer service team on 028 9002 1981 or email sales@tradeworxonline.com. Do I have to Pay for Postage on the item I want to Return?

Unfortunately we do not do free Returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any unwanted items. Please keep your proof of postage or tracking information until we have received your return.

Late Returns

Your unwanted Items should be returned to us within 14 days after receipt of delivery. Orders returned outside of this timeframe will be given a credit at the price of the order. The timeframe for this is 28 days. Credit to your account is valid for 12 months.

My order is incorrect

We are sorry you have received an incorrect order. Please contact Customer Care Team on 028 9002 1981 or email sales@tradeworxonline.com and we will arrange for the correct item to be held until we receive the incorrect item back to our Customer Returns Department. All reasonable postage costs incurred to return the incorrect item will be refunded to you and the postage cost to send out the correct item will be free of charge. If you require the item quickly you will need to pay for the replacement order and we will refund the cost of the original order including any postage costs when we have received it into our Customer Returns Department. Please keep your proof of postage or tracking information until we have received your return.

My Items have arrived faulty

We are sorry that you have received a faulty item. Please contact your customer care team 028 9002 1981 or email sales@tradeworxonline.com and we will arrange for a replacement to be held until we receive the faulty item back to our Customer Returns Department. All reasonable postage costs incurred to return the faulty item will be refunded to you and the postage cost to send out the replacement item will be free of charge. If you require the item quickly you will need to pay for the replacement order and we will refund the cost of the original order including any postage costs when we have received it into our Customer Returns Department. Please keep your proof of postage or tracking information until we have received your return.

I want to exchange an item

If you would like to exchange the item you have bought for a different size please contact our Customer Care Team on 028 9002 1981 or email sales@tradeworxonline.com and we will hold the size required for exchange until we have received the original item back to our Customer Returns Department (we need to check stock to make sure we have the exchanged item). * Alternatively you can create a new order for the correct size and return the original item for a refund. Please keep your proof of postage or tracking information until we have received your return.

Refunds

As soon as we have received your returned items we will process a refund to your account within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card originally used to make the payment. Refunds for items received outside of the returns timeframe of 14 days will be issued as a credit to your account which will automatically be deducted from your next purchase.
